Between Gatherings are group sessions designed to help you slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. Combining sound bath, Reiki, meditation and Tarot to help support your nervous system and reconnect.

Each Gathering is guided by a specific theme - Grounding, Release, Inner Child and Cord Cutting, offering a supportive arc of healing that meets the body and mind with care and compassion. Through guided meditation, sound bath, Reiki energy healing and Tarot, you’ll be invited into a state of deep calm and inner listening. Each gathering works stand-alone or as part of a four-part series, giving you the flexibility to join what feels right for you.

We’ll begin with gentle tension-releasing seated stretches to ease your body into the space, before I guide you through the meditation and sound bath, where you’ll sit back and take a moment of pure relaxation. We’ll then have time to reflect, journal and pull oracle cards, while I visit each of you for a simple one to one Tarot reading to help support you further.
